Below meet our team leaders Sharon and Craig and they will bring in the specialist skills and experience that you need for your bid.

	Sharon Pink – the founder of Bid Dynamics, expert in bid management, proposal writing and developing and coaching bid managers and bid teams, Sharon has designed and implemented proposal centres, bid support organisations and training and coaching programmes in the UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.  Sharon leads our proposal strategy, bid management, writing/editing, reviewing and training services for government, aerospace/defence, healthcare, recruitment, construction and FM, oil & gas, aviation, IT and telecoms, travel and hospitality industries.
	Craig Shepheard – an experienced facilities management (FM) professional and a qualified Chartered Electrical Engineer with extensive experience of public sector bidding, Craig advises clients on all aspects of FM and building services management, including data centres, with particular emphasis on mobilisation and implementation, transition, design and commissioning, TFM, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance (RM), risk assessments, lifecycle costing, statutory compliance, permit-to-work and added-value FM projects.
