Below meet some of our core team.

Sharon Pink Sharon Pink – the founder of Bid Dynamics, expert in bid management, proposal writing and developing and coaching bid managers and bid teams, Sharon has designed and implemented proposal centres, bid support organisations and training and coaching programmes in the UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.  Sharon leads our proposal strategy, bid management, writing/editing, reviewing and training services for government, aerospace/defence, healthcare, recruitment, construction and FM, oil & gas, aviation, IT and facilities management industries.
Peter Doyle Peter Doyle – Peter supports clients on all aspects of logistics and BPO, particularly Statement of Work preparation, edit and review.  Peter spent 19 years in the Army, working on international logistics and outsourcing, worldwide relocation of regiments, fleet management, international shipping, multi-site warehouse management, stock management and procurement. He was Senior Logistics Instructor at the Royal Military Academy and served in the Logistics Executive of the Ministry of Defence dealing with vendor relationship management, procurement cycle and strategic supply chain management.
Craig Shepheard Craig Shepheard  an experienced facilities management (FM) professional and a qualified Chartered Electrical Engineer with extensive experience of public sector bidding, Craig advises clients on all aspects of FM and building services management, including data centres, with particular emphasis on mobilisation and implementation, transition, design and commissioning, TFM, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance (RM), risk assessments, lifecycle costing, statutory compliance, permit-to-work and added-value FM projects.
Olivier Bamberger Olivier Bamberger – Olivier leads our international bid support team.  His sales, marketing and bidding experience including working for Honeywell Bull, General Electric, Nixdorf, Bull and Masstor Systems and BT.  He managed the multi-skilled Solutions Business Unit of BT France and directed the bid and implementation of the BT contract for the telecoms component of EGNOS (test-bed of Galileo) for the European Space Agency (ESA) through Thalès Alenia (previously Alcatel Space). A certified member of the IACCM (International Association for Contract and Commercial Management). Olivier is based in France and works in French, English and Spanish.
Peter Warbuton Peter Warbuton – Peter is an IT and Telecommunications professional, with experience leading and managing complex bids into UK Central & Local Government, Health and Public Safety organisations, leading virtual and consortium bids for ICT outsource opportunities.  Peter’s initial career was with GEC Marconi and Plessey, then working for computer companies before moving to BT Global Services. He was the BT lead in the consortia that won large ICT outsource contracts for the Metropolitan Police and Environment Agency. His recent experience is in leading bids into the Health sector including Acute and Community Health Trusts.
Phil Taylor Phil Taylor  – Phil is a chartered engineer with over 30 years’ experience in marketing and proposal / project management. He has longstanding expertise in telecoms, software and high-tech engineering companies. Phil specialises in project-managing the design and development of bid support portals and information repositories and libraries. As part of the Bid Dynamics® power workshops programme, Phil has designed a number of our coaching programmes to help bid managers and bid teams maximise bid support resources internally and externally.
Keith Taylor Keith Taylor – Keith is an experienced and creative Bid Director leading more than 200 bids with values up to £600m across a variety of market sectors.  These included successful bids into the Public Sector (including MOD, Central Government, Local Government, Health and Education) and practically every market within the private sector. While Head of Project and Bid Management with GEC Marconi Keith led bids to the RAF and Royal Navy for Radar and Signal Processing Systems and developed the risk management approach used on subsequent bids to UK MOD and US DOD.
David Hardstaff David Hardstaff – A qualified database specialist, David works on system and website integration, business intelligence and management reporting, process solutions such as demand forecasting, inventory control, e-commerce inventory management, database and website development, to system sourcing and implementation. David’s 30 years’ commercial experience ranges from retail to print production, publishing and distribution, with roles encompassing facilities, operations, production, administration and IT.
Graeme Dent Graeme Dent – Graeme has led major business and IT-driven transformational programmes in regulatory environments including Financial Services, Telecoms, European, national and local government, including working directly with the FSA in the UK, BaFin in Germany and the JFSC in Jersey.  Graeme led an industry-changing initiative in Superfast Broadband (Next Generation). The Digital Region initiative was the key transformational programme for its local region and the largest project of its type in the world. Graeme has consulted for Local Authorities and Regional Development Agencies in complex funding initiatives, and has managed large scale outsourcing and off-shoring strategies.
John Kirk John Kirk – After working for the Australian Civil Aviation Authority, John worked as a business advisor to SMEs in the UK and founded his own advertising company, Having spent 20 years advising public sector bodies on advertising and media strategy, at national and regional level, John is familiar with all aspects of the bid writing process, especially documentation and policies needed for public procurement contracts. John also writes environmental management systems to ISO 14001 and sources grant funding for UK business projects.
Guy Pearson Guy Pearson – Guy specialises in sales and marketing, with over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry.  He was responsible for supply chain proposals and agreements with developers including Cheslfield, Barratts, Persimmon, Wimpey/Taywood and Westbury. He was also responsible for bids and agreements with contractors and national distributors. He has worked on high-profile landmark construction projects including Canary Wharf, Wembley National Stadium, Vodafone World HQ, RBS Head Office, The Royal London/St Barts Hospital Project, The Paragon McLaren Formula 1 Head Office and The Swiss Re Building.
